Probably the best budget carp rod ever made — now available from Forge Tackle.

From the very beginning of this project, we challenged ourselves with one clear goal: to create the best carp rod under the €100 price tag. To achieve this, we went straight to the source, carefully selecting materials typically used in medium to high-end rods, planning production with surgical precision, cutting margins to the minimum and putting everything into the product itself.

After more than a year and a half of development, we can confidently say: we did it. The new RAZER MKII is ready to surprise you.

Compared to the previous version, the RAZER MKII features a thinner, lighter and more sensitive blank, with slightly faster recovery and improved responsiveness. It is built using a proven High Modulus 24T Carbon, combined with an inner layer of 30T Carbon for enhanced strength and performance.

The classic and ultra-reliable black DPS reel seat is paired with gunsmoke MGS Slim guides, keeping overall weight low while maximising sensitivity and responsiveness. The result is a rod that performs well above what you would normally expect within this price range.
