DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1 working day from receipt of the order confirmation email.
Orders are shipped using GLS or DPD, depending on the parcel size and destination country.
Estimated delivery times within Europe are typically between 2 and 5 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, local courier performance, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
FORGE TACKLE shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or other third parties involved in the delivery process.
PRE-ORDERS
The indicated shipping date for pre-order products is an estimate and may be subject to change.
Should the expected shipping date change, customers will be informed via email.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available for dispatch.
To receive in-stock products sooner, customers are advised to place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
SHIPPING COSTS
We operate a fixed-rate shipping policy.
ZONE 1 : 3,00 Euro for orders up to 100,00 Euro in total value of products (the total amount DO NOT include freight cost). All orders for a total value of products above 100,01 Euro are delivered free of charge. These delivery costs conditions apply ONLY FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTRY : Slovenia.
ZONE 2 : 6,00 Euro for orders up to 130,00 Euro in total value of products (the total amount DO NOT include freight cost). All orders for a total value of products above 130,01 Euro are delivered free of charge. These delivery costs conditions apply ONLY FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES : Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia.
ZONE 3 : 8,00 Euro for orders up to 150,00 Euro in total value of products (the total amount DO NOT include freight cost). All orders for a total value of products above 150,01 Euro are delivered free of charge. These delivery costs conditions apply ONLY FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES : Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Sweden.
ZONE 4 : 20,00 Euro for orders up to 200,00 Euro in total value of products (the total amount DO NOT include freight cost). All orders for a total value of products above 200,01 Euro are delivered at fixed cost of 15,00 Euro. These delivery costs conditions apply ONLY FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES : Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain.
ZONE 5 – NON EU : 30,00 Euro for all orders. These delivery costs conditions apply ONLY FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTRY : Switzerland and United Kingdom. Delivery cost do not include any eventual custom clearance and duty. Minimum order value 160,00 Euro.
Switzerland and UK order will be evaluated case by case and dispatched with the best courier according to the parcel size and weight.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

DAMAGED, LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
Customers are required to inspect the parcel immediately upon delivery.
If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, we strongly recommend refusing the delivery and immediately notifying FORGE TACKLE via email at: info@forgetackledirect.com.
If damage is discovered after delivery, customers must contact FORGE TACKLE as soon as possible and provide photographs of both the packaging and the damaged products.
If a parcel has not been delivered within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us at info@forgetackledirect.com so that we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
Claims relating to transport damage may be rejected if the original packaging has been discarded before the claim has been assessed.
IMPORTANT
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.
Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer shall be borne by the customer.
Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or similar fees applicable outside the European Union are the sole responsibility of the customer.
