SHIPPING & DELIVERY
DELIVERY TIME
All the orders are collected and prepared for delivery in the shortest time possible, normally within 24 hours from the order confirmation email.
Deliveries all across Europe are carried out by GLS, depending on the country of destination the delivery can take from 2 to 5 working days starting from the day of receipt of the order confirmation email.
PRE-ORDERS
The indicated shipping date may be subject to change, the customer will be informed via email if this will happen.
COSTS
We work with fixed transport cost fee.
ZONE 1 : 3,00 Euro for orders up to 100,00 Euro in total value of products (the total amount DO NOT include freight cost). All orders for a total value of products above 100,01 Euro are delivered free of charge. These delivery costs conditions apply ONLY FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTRY : Slovenia.
ZONE 2 : 6,00 Euro for orders up to 130,00 Euro in total value of products (the total amount DO NOT include freight cost). All orders for a total value of products above 130,01 Euro are delivered free of charge. These delivery costs conditions apply ONLY FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES : Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia.
ZONE 3 : 8,00 Euro for orders up to 150,00 Euro in total value of products (the total amount DO NOT include freight cost). All orders for a total value of products above 150,01 Euro are delivered free of charge. These delivery costs conditions apply ONLY FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES : Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Sweden.
ZONE 4 : 20,00 Euro for orders up to 200,00 Euro in total value of products (the total amount DO NOT include freight cost). All orders for a total value of products above 200,01 Euro are delivered at fixed cost of 15,00 Euro. These delivery costs conditions apply ONLY FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES : Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain.
ZONE 5 : 30,00 Euro for all orders. These delivery costs conditions apply ONLY FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIE : Switzerland and United Kingdom.
Delivery cost do not include any eventual custom clearance and duty.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once the parcel leave our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of the delivery on GLS website ( https://gls-group.eu/EU/en/parcel-tracking ).
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCEL
If you do not receive the order within 5 working days please contact us via email at the address
info@forgetackledirect.com .
In case the parcel arrive badly damaged it is possible to reject the delivery just following the procedure of return indicated by the courier and informing us via email at the address info@forgetackledirect.com .
RETURNS & AFTER SALES SERVICE
WARRANTY
All products sold on the web store www.forgetackledirect.com are covered by one year warranty against any production fault unless different conditions are specified.
*Rod warranty is extended to 3 years and it is valid exclusively showing the original purchase receipt, and exclusively for the original owner of the rods. This warranty IS NOT VALID FOR RODS PURCHASED SECOND HAND (USED) even if less than 3 years old from the original purchase date.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Buyer have the right to cancel any order till 7 days after receiving the parcel for any reason, the payment will be refunded in full via bank transfer within 30 days. Product must be returned at buyer expenses in their original packaging and without any sign of usage at this address : EASY TACKLE D.O.O. ŽELEŠKA CESTA 24, 4260, BLED. Any sign of usage, modification or damage caused by misusage of the buyer will be considered failure to comply with our terms and conditions, therefore canceling any right for refund.
RETURNS
It is responsibility of the buyer to inspect the goods once they are delivered and to report via email at the address info@forgetackledirect.com if any product have been damaged during transport or shows clear manufacturing fails within 7 days from the delivery date. Failure to comply with these terms will be considered a confirmation that the buyer have accepted the products.
In case of defective or damaged goods the products need to be returned to the seller within 30 days. The buyer is in charge of the shipping procedure and costs for damaged or defective products back to the seller.
Once the defective or damaged product will be received by the seller it will be checked carefully and the buyer will receive a new product to replace the damaged / defective one or a full refund within 30 days.
