WARRANTY

FORGE TACKLE products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Warranty claims can only be processed upon presentation of valid proof of purchase. Claims submitted without proof of purchase will be rejected.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage, scratches, paint chips or surface marks
  • Wear of zippers, fabrics, EVA materials, coatings, straps, buckles or other components subject to regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, impact, overloading, improper storage or modifications
  • Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorised sellers

FORGE TACKLE rods are covered by an extended 3-year warranty. This warranty is valid only for the original owner and only upon presentation of the original purchase receipt. The extended rod warranty does not apply to second-hand products.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (ORDER CANCELLATION)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, the buyer must notify FORGE TACKLE in writing via email at info@forgetackledirect.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Returned products must:

  • Be complete and returned in their original packaging
  • Be unused and in a condition suitable for resale
  • Include all accessories, manuals and supplied components

The buyer is solely responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs.

FORGE TACKLE does not provide return labels and does not reimburse return shipping costs for cancellations or withdrawals.

Products showing signs of use, damage, modification, missing parts or deterioration beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may be subject to a reduction in the refund amount or may be refused.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Important Notice

Customers are strongly advised not to remove barcode tags, product identification labels, protective polybags, rod handle protective wraps or other protective packaging until they have decided to keep the product.

Removal or disposal of these items may reduce the value of the product and may affect the amount refundable in the event of a return.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, products must be returned complete, unused and in exactly the same condition in which they were supplied.

The following items are considered an integral part of the product and must be returned intact:

  • Original product packaging
  • Barcode labels and product identification labels
  • Hang tags and swing tags
  • Protective polybags
  • Protective films and protective wrapping materials
  • Rod handle protective wraps and scratch-protection coverings
  • Instruction manuals and supplied accessories

Products returned with missing, removed, damaged or altered barcode labels, product tags, protective polybags, protective wraps, protective films or other original packaging components will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Products showing signs of use, assembly, outdoor use, transport damage, scratches, marks, dirt, odours or any condition preventing their resale as a new product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

FORGE TACKLE does not provide return labels. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTY CLAIMS & PRODUCT RETURNS

All warranty claims must be reported by email to info@forgetackledirect.com before any product is returned.

Products must not be returned without prior authorisation from FORGE TACKLE.

The customer may be required to provide:
• Proof of purchase
• Photographs or videos of the issue
• A detailed description of the reported defect

Where inspection of the product is required, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the shipment of the product to FORGE TACKLE.

FORGE TACKLE does not provide return labels.

Receipt of a returned product does not constitute acceptance of the claim.

All returned products will be inspected to determine whether the reported issue is the result of a manufacturing defect or normal wear, misuse, accidental damage or other causes not covered by warranty.

Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, FORGE TACKLE may, at its discretion:
• Repair the product
• Repair or replace the defective component
• Replace the product with the same or equivalent model
• Issue a refund where repair or replacement is not reasonable

If inspection determines that the issue is not covered under warranty, the claim may be rejected.
